Welcome to Luxe Permacoat. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Luxe Permacoat (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides vehicle protection products and services, including ceramic coatings, interior protections, dash cameras, and rust prevention. These terms govern your use of our services and products.

2. User Conduct & Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to:

Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violate the rights of third parties
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
Use our services for commercial solicitation without our prior written consent

3. Products & Services

We offer:

Ceramic Coating – For paint protection and gloss enhancement

Interior Protection – For fabric, leather, and vinyl surfaces

Dash Cameras – Supply and professional installation

Rust Protection – For long-term structural integrity

All services are subject to vehicle suitability and availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Luxe Permacoat reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues). We will notify you promptly.

5. Payments

All prices are in AUD and exclude GST where applicable.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit.

No refunds are provided for completed services unless required by law.

Refunds or adjustments may be offered at our discretion in cases of service issues.

7. Warranty & Product Performance

Our products are backed by reputable manufacturer certifications.

Warranty coverage varies by product—please refer to your warranty documents for inclusions and exclusions, or reach out to us via phone or email.

Proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure long-term performance and to uphold the terms of the warranty.
Care entails regular washes with a PH neutral car wash, and with a non-abrasive cloth. Wash with soap in sections, and rise off soap straight after. Do not let soap dry on vehicle.
Bird & bat droppings, tree saps, bugsplatters should be removed gently with a soft wash cloth as soon as possible.

Claims must include proof of purchase and may require vehicle inspection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover travel costs to and from inspection/application site. We will always endevour to have technicians in your local area but this cannot be guaranteed.
In the case of a claim, we may repair or replace at the discretion of Luxe Permacoat.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Please disclose any pre-existing issues with your vehicle prior to service.

Vehicles must be clean before services such as ceramic coating. Cleaning services can be added if needed at extra cost.

9. Dash Camera Installation

We install dash cameras with care and professional standards.

We are not liable for issues caused by pre-existing electrical faults or aftermarket modifications.

Customers are responsible for learning to use their dash camera systems post-installation. Support is available if needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Permacoat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

Any service-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of completion.

10. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information is only used for service delivery and will not be shared without your consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Luxe Permacoat or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Luxe Permacoat, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services.

13. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
